MNC in India (The Giant and his Prison)

With the passing of each year, we are seeing more and more private companies. These companies feel pride in calling themselves MNC's. They say they are Multi National Companies, and have a different work culture. Different "Yes", Work "Yes", Culture "Yes" So what is this? Different "Yes", different to what we used to see, Different from that Babu types, Different from what everyone expects from them Work "Yes" Only Work Nothing But work Working to impress their superiors. Working to show that they are working (We all know That it is important that Justice is Given and it is even more important that Justice Must be Seen to be given) So work bust be seen to be done. So you can play that Game on your Computer or Surf on the internet for you know what your shares, match whatever, while your boss does the same himself hiding behind that laptop. In case of emergency reply one liners to the mails which came to you as one liners. (Who reads the details underneath no one has the time, Everyone has work to do Who said reading that mail is work I'm not a fool) Culture "Yes" again Culture or Vulture "Not Sure" Culture where Boss is More important than the Customer. Culture where you have Lunches where you eat your competition (competition not the market but within the organization) Don't tell me they are growing and what ever I said is wrong. Don't show me the market figures. Let me tell you India is a giant. Which was in prison, Redtapism had ensured that ONLY the top of the Giant could breath or see the world outside, With time the world grew and grew Even Countries like Malaysia flourished. But the top of the Giant saw red whenever the lower body wanted to grow. Redtapism helped. But in prison the lower part gathered dirt and became lazy. Waiting for a day when its size would increase to a level where The prison will become smaller. The Body Grew and the chains became tight, The Giant began to suffocate, The blood entered the eyes and breathing became difficult. To prove my Point (Earlier the underworld enjoyed smuggling Gold, watches. TV's etc. The upper part of the Giant enjoyed Now it deals in Drugs and extortion The Upper part of the Giant now pays the ransom)

Though I may have missed the main point of the blog (considering my ineptness over the matters discussed), the imagery used is quite impressive.
Also, I'm a bit skeptical over India being a giant after independece. I feel that it's management and execution of resources and plans that makes a country strong, rather than the mere presence of resources.
