While I was reading the newspaper, about the
Blueline Buses.
It became very interesting to read that
The Observations goes as this
Observation 1
People are crushed by blue lines on the roads on daily basis
Observation 2
People along with the Press raise the Hue and Cry
Observation 3
The Government takes notice
Observation 4
The Government puts the strict orders, and the police Cracks down on the buses
Observation 5
People start to feel the pinch as buses keep off the Road.
Observation 6.
The Government gets even more strict, and keeps the buses off the Road for two days.
Observation Lucky 7.
The Government allows all buses to ply on the road and asks people to save themselves, and warns them it is their mistake if they get killed and that
Bluelines are not at fault.
My Doubts
Did some one pay someone to say
that all
bluelines are OK and that nothing can be done about them
The Dying people will not pay so
Who gets the bucks and who paid is very clear.
My Question
Can the government call buses from Haryana and UP Roadways
and ply them on the road
or use their more
responsible Drivers and conductors
and the Government resources used,
Sorry the politicians will not gain
Nor the corrupt will gain.
So this will not work, excuses will be brought forward.
Please put forward a scheme where the corrupt get a chance to earn,
and be sure the scheme will be successful,
one newspaper said it was a 20Cr per month corruption business in Blueline only.
If they give compensation of 2 Lakh to each person killed.
They can afford to kill 100 person per month.
But they are only killing about 10 a month average.
Why is everybody complaining ?
I fail to understand.
Delhi Metro Rail has started Feeder Buses, for the passengers.
Like the Metro Services,everyone expects Good Services.
My Experience of the Service was very good.

Time evening about 2100 Hrs
Five out of Twelve buses are out of Order.
On Nov 16, 2007
Time morning 0900 Hrs
Seven out of twelve buses are out of Order.
Is it Deliberate or the Buses are low standard.
This needs investigation.
So many buses out of order.
Or everybody is making excuses
Because the Delhi Police (Traffic)
is asking Bribe to allow the buses to ply on the Road.
The Service is not of DMRC but of a Private Contractor,
Who can always be arm twisted to pay.
Company refuses to pay.
Conductors and Drivers are paid low wages,
and have no incentive so also cannot bribe the DP(T)
Lets hope a compromise is reached soon between the DP (T) and the contractors
and the Buses are seen more on the Road than in the Workshop.
This is for learning to the other Players who are coming to replace the Killer Blue Lines.
Have Deep Pockets, with a hole to pay the DP (T).
Greasing only the Politicians will not do.
The Bureaucracy will always have its ways.
